Class Descriptions
Basic Strength: Low impact workout incorporating weights, body weight movements, steps, bands, cardio, stretching and more. Come ready to have fun, sweat, and get healthier and stronger together!
Move on the Minute: A full body, EMOM-style workout (every minute on the minute) designed to build strength, tone muscles, and shed fat. This class is for any age, body type, and ability. Workout at your own pace and fitness level.
Senior Strength & Balance: Low impact cardio mixed with a variety of strength and balance movements. Movements will be combined with some standing and some seated in a chair.
Strong Foundations: A dynamic, low-impact workout focused on building a strong fitness foundation that helps you move easier in everyday life. Designed for all fitness levels, we will move through a mix of cardio, strength training with weights, bodyweight exercises, and more.

Low Impact Fitness: With the support of a chair for stability and modifications, you’ll enjoy a safe and effective workout that’s adaptable to your needs. Build strength, improve balance, and boost energy in this low impact fitness class.
Adaptive Flow Yoga: A gentle and supportive yoga class that is accessible to everyone. Options are provided for both chair-based and traditional mat-based yoga. With simple stretches, mindful breathing, and movements designed to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation, Adaptive Yoga meets you where you are.
